Back to School: Shoe Shopping!

Image
Shoes are really important when you go back to school shopping. There are so many different styles and colors to choose from! The most important thing is to make sure they are comfortable! Beauty is NOT pain. You don't want to be in pain at school. It already lasts long enough, no need to spend all day being uncomfortable. No fear, you can still have some amazing kicks!:) Polyvore is so amazing and helps me create these great collages for you guys! I didn't show any, but if you have to get tennies shoes for gym, get them! Don't try to tell your mom you don't need them. This brings me to another important factor, rules! I know it may seem annoying but it is easier to just follow the dress code, don't be a rule breaker. :) All of the links to these products are down below if you want more details or are interested in buying any of these.  First I want to bring up the Sperry Topsiders I have pictured above. They are about the most comfortable shoe yo

Back to School: Outfit Ideas + How to Wear Striped Skinnies

Back to School Outfit Ideas: Hi everyone! So I've created some back to school looks on polyvore for you! Since it is usually pretty warm when school starts you'll need some outfits that are more summery. I wouldn't worry about getting anything for winter yet. It would be good though to get a few cardigans. They always come in handy! There are a total of 6 looks with shoes and some jewelry. If you want to know more about these pieces then you can click the link below the collage and it will give you all the details! When shopping, remember that patterns are always fun but its important to get solid colors as well. Patterns tend to be more trendy and won't stay in style very long. I would get a few pair of jeans of different styles and washes. You could also get a solid color skinny jean as well. I have a royal blue pair that I have worn a lot, I got those from  Old Navy . Old Navy has some really great jeans, my last 5 or 6 pairs of pants/jeans came from there! If you

Fashion Pick of the Week: Polka Dot & Floral Peplum Top

Image
I know this post is late but I had to wait to find the perfect pick of the week. This week I picked a peplum top! It is different than the peplum tops I've seen before. This one is more casual and not so structured and dressy. Don't get me wrong, you could make this dressy but the structure of it allows for the top to be casual as well. This would be perfect to add to your back to school wardrobe if you're going to be back in school in the fall. I found this online at Forever 21 for $17.80. The direct link will be below the photos. Let me know if you're linking these type of posts. Just leave comments below:) What do you think about this top? BaubleBar: Fashion Jewelry At It's Finest

Image
If you've never heard of BaubleBar you are really missing out! I didn't find out about it until about a year ago. They have everything you could possibly want at amazing prices. Here are my top picks! I picked some necklaces, earrings, and bracelets that I liked and created a collage on polyvore! I would have to say my most favorite out of these are the bumble bee earrings! They also have a wide variety of gold chain necklaces. For me they are hard to find at a decent price, but on BaubleBar's websites they have the best selection of chunky gold chain necklaces. This is only a tiny view of everything they have so I suggest you go on their site and see for yourself what they have to offer! The links for all of thee specific products are down below if you are interested. Summer Outfit: Seaside Day

Image
summer outfit idea by hannahgomez featuring h&m Here I'm giving you more detail about my outfit in my Seaside Day video. My shirt is an orange sweater tank from JcPenney. I have two pairs of shorts on here. I have a pair of light wash denim shorts which is more casual and a pair of shorts with scalloped bead detailing. The scalloped bead shorts are from Kohl's. The denim shorts are from H&M but you can get those almost anywhere. I wore my Sperry's to Seaside, above I added a some leather Sam Edelman sandals. For accessories I wore my watch and just a bunch of bracelets I put together! I couldn't really find my exact bracelets on Polyvore but I added some similar ones which are from Icing. The red bracelet I'm wearing is something I picked up in Seaside and I'll show you that in my Florida Haul video which will be posted either next Monday or Tuesday! What do you think?  Let me know in the comments section below. There are links for

My Summer Hair Essentials

Image
After a long summer day the heat and the pool have done their damage. It's almost impossible to get your hair looking decent again. Especially if you color your hair, like I do. I'm not an expert with hair products or anything but I know I'm not the only one who desperately searches for something to save my hair in the summer months. I've finally found a good group of products that have kept my chemically treated hair looking better than ever. The most important thing is consistency. Even though it is time consuming it is really import to upkeep those gorgeous locks!  If you didn't already know this, it is really important to get hair products formulated WITHOUT sulfates and parabens. I know it is quite annoying to sit there are read through the never ending list of things that are in your shampoo but it will really pay off! These are the products that work great for me. First I'll start with shampoo, I switch off between the Kenra Platinum Hydrating
